Working in conjunction with Muir Construction, HFD delivered a 20,000 sq. ft. industrial space on behalf of the occupier, TUV. The building involved the construction of a 16m high fluid-test facility with associated offices and welfare units, as well as external works and landscaping. The project was completed within eight months from site start.
